Paulette "Polly" Stover Williams

Paulette “Polly” Stover Williams, age 66, of Clear Creek, WV, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born December 13, 1946 at Clear Creek, WV, she was the daughter of the late Wilburn and Bessie Ewings Stover. Polly was a care giver and also worked at Kellys Corner at Pax, WV. She was the Christian faith, loved to play cards, read, pitch horseshoes and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred B. Williams and by two brothers, Wilburn Hubert, Jr. and David Hubert. Surviving are her son, Mike Williams of Clear Creek, WV, her grandchildren, Caressa Williams Browning, Derek Chance Williams, Phoenix Michael Williams and Aaron David Williams, her great grandchildren, Zoey Jade Williams and Zaiden River Williams, her loving care givers, loving daughter-in-law, Vickie Williams and spouse David Williams. Also surviving are her brothers, Bronston Lee Strover of Beckley, WV, her two sisters, Aline Williams of Artie, WV and Evetta Williams of Beckley, WV. A host of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services with be held at 1:00 PM. Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the Ewings Creek Community Church with Becky Maynor officiating. Burial will follow beside her husband Winfred on her home property. Friends may call at the Ewing Creek Community Church on Thursday, June 13, 2013 one hour prior to services.
