Paul Edward Kelly , 64, of Kincaid, WV Passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Wyoming Nursing and Rehab Center in New Richmond WV.
Born February 28, 1957 in Oak Hill, WV he was the son of the late Melvin Lee and Margaret Ethel Blethen Kelly, Sr.
Paul was a people person everyone who knew him loved him, and he especially loved spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Melvin and Joe Joe Kelly; and sister, Shelia Kelly.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving and adoring wife, Nelda June Russell Kelly; daughters, Rhonda Baier (Stephen) and Valerie Anderson (Jimmy); grandchildren, Cody Baier, Kyle Baier, Ashley Burdette, Destiny Vansickle, Roger Vansickle III, Brandon Anderson, and Logan Anderson; great grandchildren, Brantley Moore and Jaxx Perham; brothers, David and Jack Kelly; and sisters, Patricia Bob, Debra Withrow, Sue Brown, and Kathy Kelly.
Visitation will be Monday, August 2, 2021 from 1:00PM to 2:00PM at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. Following the visitation Paul will be cremated.
