Patricia Ann Falk , 75, of Oak Hill, WV went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Hilltop Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hilltop, WV.
Born January 25, 1939 at Caperton, WV she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Lenna Agnes Garrison Falk.
Pat was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse for Plateau Medical Center.
She was a member of the Jones Avenue First Church of God, Oak Hill and was a 1957 graduate of Collins High School.
Her husband, William "Bill" Dixon; sister, Ruby Beirgoon and brothers, Vernon Falk, Wilbur Falk, Theodore Falk, Ershel Falk, James Falk, Fred Falk and William Falk preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Timothy Falk and wife, Ronda of Oak Hill; and brothers, Delano Falk of South Point, OH and Benjamin Falk of Bradley and several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes Ms. Falk was cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
