Patricia Blevins

Patrica Ann Courtney Blevins, 65, of Oak Hill died Saturday, January 7, 2006 at Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill. She was born March 30, 1940 in Geneva, Ohio, a daughter of the late Oliver D. Courtney and Miriam Lind Shemel. She was a homemaker and of the Episcopal faith, and a member of the Women of the Moose at Oak Hill, WV. One brother, Curtis Courtney preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Dale A. Blevins; one daughter, Pamela A. (Michael) Todd of Oak Hill; three sons, Randolph A. (Ragena G.) Blevins of Fayetteville, William C. Blevins of Maple Fork, Scott P. (Theresa) Blevins of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Theresa, Donald, Kelsea, Ryan, Stephanie and Autumn; two sisters, Juanita Collins of Mechanicsville, OH and Blanche Coxe of Flowery Branch, GA. Service will be 8:00 PM Monday, January 9, 2006, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill, WV with Rev. Robert Barley officiating. Friends may call Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Cremation will follow the service.
