Owen Truman Prather , 72, of Page, WV died on Monday, January 08, 2018 at Veterans Administration Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Born September 01, 1945 at Fayette County, WV he was the son of the late Owen Jasper and Ernestine Garbett Prather.
Owen was a retired heavy equipment operator for the WV Department of Highways. He was a US Army veteran and a member of the Page Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Juanita J. Prather Ingram, Doris Slaughter and Mary Sampson.
Survivors include niece, Geraldine Prather and half brother, Wayman Prather of Hopewell, VA.
There are no services planned. Private burial will be at the Kincaid Cemetery.
