Ottie Lee Treadway, 59, of Scott Depot, WV formerly of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, August 02, 2009 at CAMC - Teays Valley Hospital in Hurricane, WV. Born January 25, 1950 at Oak Hill, WV he was the son of Joyce Blake Treadway of Mt. Airy, NC and the late Raymond R. Treadway. Ottie was a retired Drafting Instructor for the Rehab Center at Institute. He was a graduate of Collins High School in Oak Hill and a former member of the Institute Fire Department. His maternal grandparents, Ollie L. and Alma L. Carwile Blake and paternal grandparents, Wrenix and Myrtle Florence McLain Treadway preceded him in death. In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter, Melissa Tinsley and husband, Eli of Charleston; brother, Ollie Lloyd Treadway and wife, Linda of Winston Salem, NC; sister, Dr. Christy Lynn Treadway of Charleston; grandchildren, Elijah, Levi and Noah Tinsley of all of Charleston and a nephew, Justin Treadway of Winston Salem. A memorial service will be on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Oak Hill with Rev. David Sneed officiating. Entombment will be at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. Friends may call one half hour prior to the service on Saturday at the Mausoleum.
