Surrounded by her loving family, Odella Beals Pennington, 97, of Beards Fork, WV passed Friday, October 21, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Glasgow, WV.
Born July 30, 1919 in Oklahoma City, OK she was the daughter of Abe and Bertha Ina Kiser Beals
She was a homemaker..
Her husband, Roy Elderidge Pennington; son, James Pennington; two daughters, Sheila Gay and Shirley Long Pennington; brothers David, Kenneth, and Martin Beals; and sisters, Gladys Blake, Edna Kincaid, Elsie Taylor, Evelyn Abott, and Ina Garrett preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughters: Sharon Helton (Tom) of California, Ella Evans (Billy) of Charleston, and Lana Madison (Brad) of Wyoming; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill. Burial will follow at McKinney Cemetery in Beards Fork.
Visitation will be Monday, October 31, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
