Norma Jean Price Tackett , 82, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at CAMC in Charleston, WV.
Born February 16, 1934 at Louellen, KY she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Gladys Mircle Price.
She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and a homemaker. Norma was a member of the Carbondale Baptist Church
Her husband, John Paul Tackett, Sr. and all her siblings preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Paula Holcomb and husband, Terry of Lizemores and Cheryl Burke of Kimberly; three sons, Mark Tackett of Daniels, Matthew Tackett and wife, Angela of Boomer and John Paul Tackett, Jr. and wife, Angela of Knoxville, TN; twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren.
Graveside rites and committal will be on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 1:40 P.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with Rev. Jeff Floyd officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
