Norma Bo Price

Norma “Bo” Widener Price, 92, of Oak Hill, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Plateau Medical Center.

Born August 9, 1932, at Hemp Hill, WV, she was the daughter of the late Smyth Widener and Audrey Crouch and stepfather, A.B. Crouch.

After graduating from OHHS in 1950, she worked for C&P Telephone Company and retired December 1989 with 33 years of service at Verizon.

She is a member of the Oak Hill United Methodist Church and OHHS-CHS Alumni Association.

Bo was married to Harry Price for 53 years who preceded her in death; her son, David Price; her parents; and stepfather.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Tim Price and his wife, Edith; three granddaughters, Griffin and Gray Price and Susan Nikki Coffman; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Price; sister, Adria Crouch; niece, AnDria Verde; and special friends, Nancy Harding, Judy Learmont, and Shelby Goodson.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Oak Hill United Methodist Church with Dr. Ken Krimmel officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.

Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of service Friday at the church.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, Bo suggested contributions be made to the Oak Hill, Collins Alumni Association, P.O. Box 462, Oak Hill, WV 25901 or Oak Hill Food Pantry.
