Norma Jean Hickman McKinney, 55, of Oak Hill, WV died on Sunday, November 19, 2006 at her in Oak Hill, WV. Born August 14, 1951 at Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Carl Hickman and Evelyn Williams Yoney. Survivors include two daughters, Tabitha Turley and Amanda McKinney both of Oak Hill, WV; three sisters, Kathy Young of Oak Hill, WV, Marie Knudslien of Canada and Mary Jo Garcia of Missouri and three grandchildren, Justin Turley, Katlin Settle and Elijah Settle. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Wednesday, November 22, 2006, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Services will be on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill WV.
