Nellie Newsom Suttle

Nellie Newsom Suttle, 86, of Bradley, WV, died Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV Born December 12, 1923, at Robinson Creek, KY, she was a daughter of the late William C. and Nettie Stewart Newsom. Mrs. Suttle was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest E. Suttle and three brothers, Everett, Bernard and Lester R. Newsom. Survivors include two brothers, Johnny W. Newsome of Beckley and Fritz Newsom of Washington, NC; a sister, Lou Newsom Skerkavich of Youngstown, OH; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. graveside rites and committal service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, September 5, 2010, at the Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum, Beckley with the Rev. Gary Walker officiating. Entombment will follow. Friends may call from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope. Donations of sympathy may be made to the Raleigh County Humane Society or Bowers Hospice House.
