Nellie Marie Davis Coleman Boyd , 88, of Oak Hill, WV died on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at her home. Born October 09, 1924 at Dothan, WV she was the daughter of the late Harvey Brenton "Bowser" and Elsie McKinney Davis. Mrs. Boyd was a member of the Dothan Community Church and attended the Fellowship Memorial Baptist Church in Oak Hill. She was a homemaker. Her first husband, Arlie West Coleman, son, Arlie Gene Coleman and brother, Brenton "Jr." Davis preceded her in death. Survivors include husband, Freel Boyd, one son, Frank E. Coleman and wife, Ginny of Dothan, stepson, Stanley Boyd of Fayetteville, step daughter, Harlene Rice of Florida, two step daughters-in-law, Arvilla Boyd of Florida and Charlene Boyd of Fayetteville, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Bob Pauley officiating. Burial will be at Lawson Webb Cemetery, Dothan. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Frank W. Coleman, Brenton Davis, Kenny Adkins, Wyatt Adkins, Bo Garrett and Kevin Garrett will serve as pallbearers.
