Natilla I. Foster Smith

Natilla Isabella Foster Smith , 84, of Fayetteville, WV died on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born November 22, 1927 at Whipple, WV she was the daughter of the late Wyatt and Tina Treadway Foster. Mrs. Smith was a member of the Fellowship Memorial Baptist Church, Oak Hill and a homemaker. Her husband, Frank Orlando Smith, stepson, Richard Smith;, stepdaughter, Donna Abdennour, brothers, Ernest Foster and Merle Foster, and sisters, Katheleen Dawson, Evelyn Rhodes, Polly Biggs and Clara Boggess preceded her in death. Survivors include sons, Bobby Gene Copeland of Virginia Beach, VA and John Smith of Fayetteville, daughters, Patricia Vatillio of Jim Thorpe, PA and Sue Toll of Clinton Township, Mich., stepson, Douglas "Doug" Smith of Dodson's Branch, TN and sister, Dorothy Franklin of Birmingham, Ala. Also surviving are twenty one grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Harry Fuller officiating. Burial will be at Bays Cemetery, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
