Naomi R. Stover

Naomi Ruth Settle Stover, 82, of Mossy, WV died on Monday, December 6, 2010 at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston, WV. Born July 30, 1929 at Mossy, WV she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Cansie Aliff Settle. She was a retired cook for the Fayette County Board of Education with 14 years service. Sisters, Lavella Rinehart and Inez Poston, brother, Leonard Settle and half-brother, Eldreg Elgin preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Cecil Tracy Stover, two sons, Tracy Stover and wife, Bobbie of Oak Hill and Randall Stover and wife, Kathy of Scarbro and two sisters, Catherine Wriston of Oak Hill and Thelma Stover of Scarbro. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Jeremy Stover, Tyler Stover, Kaylyn Stover, Philip Stover and wife, Jessica, Brandon Stover and wife, Kim and Megan Stover and three great grandchildren, Jared Stover, Eric Stover and Eli Stover. Services will be on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Paul Basham officiating. Entombment will be at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, December 9, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
