Nancy Jean Sevy Williams

Nancy Jean Sevy Williams , 77, of Corliss, WV died on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at her home. Born July 17, 1936 at Lookout, WV she was the daughter of the late Snowden and Eva Martin Sevy. Nancy was a member of the Hilton Village Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Corliss Red Hat Society and Corliss Garden Club and was a homemaker. Her husband, Carlos Abram "Bags" Williams preceded her in death on February 23, 2013. Survivors include her daughter, Vickie Starcher and husband, James of Columbus, OH; a brother, Jerry Sevy of Rainelle and a sister, Effie Crist of Garner, NC. She is also survived by a granddaughter, Tara Arias of Columbus, OH ; grandson, Cody Starcher of Columbus, OH and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Pastor Eric Keister officiating. Burial will be at Pax Community Cemetery at Pax.
