Nadean Todd Adkins

Nadean Alice Todd Adkins , 66, of Thurmond, WV died on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV. Born October 28, 1945 at Thayer, WV she was the daughter of the late Arville and Lilly Ward Todd. She attended the Oak Hill Gospel Tabernacle and was a homemaker. A sister, Drema Young and two brothers, Kenneth Todd and Jerry Ward preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Donald Franklin Adkins, her children, Deborah Richardson and husband, Steve of Beckley, Dwayne Adkins of Scarbro, Jamie Adkins and wife, Patty of Thayer, Kathy Murray of Mount Hope and Angela Adkins of Mt. Alto, ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 2:30 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Robert Isaacs officiating. Burial will be at the Harrah Cemetery on Backus Mountain. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Dwayne Adkins, Jamie Adkins, Adam Richardson, Tyler Murray, J.J. Adkins and Brandon Adkins will serve as pallbearers.
