Myrtle Pearl Sears

Myrtle Pearl Redman Sears, 86, of Oak Hill died Friday, April 22, 2005 at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital after a short illness. She was born August 17, 1918 at Covington, VA a daughter of the late William H. and Sadie Jane Wolf Redman. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard Oscar Sears; two sons, Frank Toney and Roy Toney; four brothers and one sister. Survivors include James Sears and wife, Ruth, of Minden, Mary Ann Burdette and husband, Roger, of Hickory, NC, John Sears and wife, Cindy, of Fayetteville,WV, Donnie Sears and Dennis Sears both of Hickory, NC; 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, April 24, 2005, at Tyree Funeral Home Chape,Oak Hil, WV with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill. Friends may call from one hour prior to service.
