Myron C. Bryant , 72, of Mount Hope, WV died on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

Born January 05, 1942 at Mount Hope, WV he was the son of Elsie Hughart Bryant and the late Cecil Bryant.

Mr. Bryant was a retired federal mine inspector.

He was a member of the Mount Hope Christian Church. Myron served on the Mount Hope Fire Department for 25 years, 10 of which he was Fire Chief. He was an avid Mountaineer fan, he loved golf, hunting and fishing and visiting Yellowstone National Park.

His wife of 51 years, Amber Joan Sink Bryant preceded him in death of July 21, 2014.

Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Bryant and wife, Christina of Germantown, MD and Mark Bryant and wife, Dottie of Morgantown; brother, Dana Bryant and wife, Kathy of Sevierville, TN and a sister, Theresa Burgess of Oak Hill.

Funeral services will be on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Minister Dennis Kinzer officiating. Entombment will be at High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill,

Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, WV on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, 383 Main Avenue, Norwalk CT 06851 or online at www.themmrs.org .
