Born March 03, 1964 at Beckley, WV he was the son of the late Russell Lee and Flossie Marie Maynor Mullins.
He was a former truck driver for Cook Brothers Delivery.
Survivors include son, Ronnie Lee Mullins of Sophia; daughter, Lisa Cyrus of Hinton; brother, Everette Dale Mullins of Hinton; and sister, Dinah Bailey and husband, Robert of Jane Lew.
Mitchell was cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
