Mildred Spradlin

Mildred Blendine Cox Spradlin, 95, of Glen Jean, WV wnet to be with the Lord on Monday, October 20, 2003 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV following an extended illness. Born October 22, 1907 at Kilsyth, WV she was the daughter of the late Luther and Mary Maude Crum Cox. Mrs. Spradlin was a member of the Glen Jean Union Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon C. Spradlin; daughters, Brenda Joyce Bowyer and Sandra Lynn Harper and a step son, Hubert William Spradlin. Survivors include Son: Robert Wayne Spradlin and wife, Susie M. of Valdosta, GA Daughter: Patricia A. Hoffman and husband, Dwayne, of Mansfield, OH Sisters: Gloria M. McGuire of Italy, TX Florence Anderson of Elyria, OH Grandchildren: Kandace, David, Timothy and Scot 3 great grandchildren several nieces and nephews and by her special friend, Betty Mills of Oak Hill Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 22, 2003, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Services will be on Thursday, October 23, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Everette Mills officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
