Melissa A. Furrow

Melissa A. Furrow, 44, of Scarbro passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley.

Born April 16, 1980 in Beckley, WV she was the daughter of the late Gary Wayne and June Humphreys Hornsby.

Melissa worked as a shift manager for McDonalds, was a member of the Hand to Hand Missions Church and in her leisure she enjoyed crocheting, working on crafts, fishing, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Jillian Hornsby.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving husband, Robert Furrow; daughter, Jillian Faye Furrow; son, Trey Hunter Furrow; and 2 brothers, William Hornsby and Terry Wayne Hornsby.

Graveside rites with burial to follow will be 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Humphreys Cemetery in Cunard, WV with Pastors Randy McGuire and Pastor Larry Humphrey officiating.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
