Melissa Dawn "Missy" Bradford

Melissa Dawn "Missy" Bradford, 58, of Mullens, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025 in a Beckley hospital. 

Born December 16, 1966, at Mullens, she was the daughter of the late Gene Bert and Charlotte Lee (Meadows) Johnson. 

Missy was a homemaker and a former Thirty-one salesman. She was a graduate of Mullens High School. She loved her dogs, enjoyed talking on the phone with her friends, and loved working crossword puzzles and word searches. 

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Bradford; and one brother, Richard Johnson. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Conner Bradford of Mullens; one sister, Tammy Holdren and her husband, Bill of Pax; one brother, Scott Johnson and his wife, Angie of Mullens; three nieces, Sarah Miller and her husband, Chad of Princeton, Leah Holdren of Wake Forest, NC, and Kyndl Brandsetter and her husband, Ryan of Camp Lejune, NC; two nephews, Chandler and Broc Johnson both of Mullens; special cousin, Kim Johnson of Hinton; and special friend, Debbie Cox of Amigo. 

In keeping with Missy's wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
