May Puckett

Mae E. Carwile Puckett , 97, of Oak Hill, WV died on Friday, April 11, 2003 at Hidden Valley Healthcare Center in Oak Hill, WV following a long illness Born April 15, 1905 at Oak Hill, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles C. and Mary Lou Thompson Carwile. She was a retired Fayette County School Teacher with 40 years services. Mrs. Puckett was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church, Oak Hill, WV, the Circles of the church, the Spade and Trowel Garden Club and was a Certified Flower Show Judge. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ed Carwile. Survivors include sister, Alma Blake of Columbus, OH and by several nieces and nephews Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Sunday from One hour prior to the service Services will be on April 13, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill. Rev. David White will be officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV
