Mary Waldron

Mary Ellen Dooley Waldron 96, of Page, WV died on Thursday, February 26, 2004 at Hidden Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born May 15, 1907 at Page, WV she was the daughter of the late Dixie Smith and Cora Meador Dooley. She was a retired restaurant cook. Mrs. Waldron was a member of the Page Baptist Church, Page, WV. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Hidden Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Oak Hill and Hospice of Southern West Virginia for the terrific care they gave to Mary Ellen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Waldron and by several brothers and sisters. Survivors include half-brother, Dixie Lee Dooley of Las Vagas, NV; half-sister, Jewel Carte of Daytona Beach, FL and by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Saturday, February 28, 2004, from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Services will be on Sasturday, February 28, 2004 at 11:00 am at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will be at Kincaid Cemetery, Kincaid WV.
