Mary M. Treadway

Mary Marguerite Evans Treadway, 84, of Oak Hill, WV died on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born September 03, 1922 at Boomer, WV she was the daughter of the late Luther and Minnie Ann Halstead Evans. She was a retired accountant for Fayette Clinic, Lochgelly, WV. Mrs. Treadway was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Oak Hill. She was also a member of the WV Baptist Women's Convention, active in the Senior Citizens and an avid participant in hunting and fishing. Her husband, Curtis Treadway preceded her in death in 1983. Survivors include her sister, Faye Tompkins of Oak Hill, WV; one niece, Mary Lou Legg and husband, Wayne of Scarbro, WV; one nephew, Michael Tompkins of Morgantown, WV and three great nephews, Erik Legg and wife, Cindy, Phillip Legg and wife, Lora and Kace Legg. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Saturday, December 23, 2006 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Services will be on Saturday, December 23, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. David Richardson officiating. Burial will be at Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville WV.
