Mary Lee O’Dell, born June 5th, 1937, was called home, December 7th, 2020, after a long illness.
Mary was the daughter of the late Vilda Hamrick & Homer Cottrell of Clay County, WV.
Mary was a retired nursing assistant from the Autumn Years Nursing Center at Hilltop WV. She resided in Oak Hill, WV with her husband Bill O’Dell.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debora Gale. Mary will be sadly missed by her family & all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Bill O’Dell; her daughter Cheryl & husband Ronnie Morris of Oak Hill, WV; her son, Gregory & his wife, Shelley O’Dell of Wintersprings, Florida; two Granddaughters, Michelle O’Dell and Rhonda Morris; two grandsons; Alex O’Dell & Brandon O’Dell; six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Graveside rites with burial to follow will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 14, 2020 at Huse Memorial Park in Fayetteville with Pastor Shirlie Watson officiating.
Those planning to attend should use proper COVID 19 precautions by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet.
