Mary Ann Massuccy Adkins, 94, of Bradley, gained her angel wings on Sunday, May 12, 2024, after a long illness.
Born November 16, 1929, at Tamroy, WV, she was the daughter of the late Angelantonio and Aurora Gonzalez Massuccy.
Mary was a member of the Wesleyan Chapel, Beckley. She enjoyed traveling with her children, gardening, crocheting, quilting, and working with crafts. Mary raised her family and lived most of her life in Meadow Bridge. She moved to Bradley in the early 1990’s.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her spouse, Ellis Adkins; mother-in-law, Katherine Richmond; sister, Frances Roach; brother, Giovanni Massuccy; sons, Marvin and Marcel Adkins; grandson, Derek Englert; nephew, Tony Milam; son-in-law, Ricky Cromer; extended daughter, June underwood; and extended grandson, Michael Underwood.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Jennie Milam; her sons, Gary Massuccy and Huston Adkins; her daughters, Sharon Adkins (Rick), Darlene Goodwin (Scott), Rita McMillion (Stevie), Verla Lemmers (Gene), Debbie Cromer, Carlene Segee (Jeff), and extended son-in-law, Randall Underwood; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Christina (Mark), Robby, Bobby, Misty (Jason), Krissi, Dalton, Brandy, Shelly (Aaron), Cammie (Billy), Audrea (Sammy), Timmy (Kathleen), Scotty (Mary Kate), Dillon (Erica), Crystal (Josh), Autumn (Justin), Zach, Katelynn (Evan), Logan (Ansley), Gracie (Andrew), extended grandson, Randy (Karen); numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Mt. Hope with her nephew, John Milam officiating and special prayer by John Hart. Burial will follow in the Harrah Cemetery, Backus Mountain.
Friends may call one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
Grandsons and sons-in-law will serve as pallbearers.
