Marvin J. Workman

Marvin Junior Workman, Jr. 60, of Fayetteville, WV died on Thursday, September 08, 2016 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV.

Born July 22, 1956 at Mullens, WV he was the son of the late Marlon J. and Frankie Gaynell Burwick Workman.

Marvin was a disabled coal miner.

A brother, Arnold J. Workman preceded him in death.

Survivors include brother, Frankie E. Workman of Fayetteville; and sisters, Shelby J. Grubb of Oak Hill, Kathy S. Jenkins of Fayetteville, Betty A. Workman of Fayetteville, Barbara A. Powers of Virginia and Doris G. Workman of Fayetteville.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Robert Pauley officiating. Burial will be at Bibb Cemetery, Gatewood. Friends may call from 2:00 PM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

Steve Hayslette, Eric Jenkins, Donald Shuff, Thomas Coleman, Bill Light and Frank Workman will serve as pallbearers.
