Born November 25, 1969 in Chicago, IL she was the daughter of Paul Washington of Scarbro, WV and the late Shirley Ritondo Washington.
She was an auto sale business secretary.
In addition to her father, Martha leaves behind her husband of 24 years, Bill R. Evans; son, Brian Evans of Hilltop; brother, Paul Washington, Jr. of Corliss and a sister, Kathryn Washington of Scarbro.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, in Oak Hill with Rev. Joe Hurley officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
