Martha Jane Craddock

Martha Jane Bailey Craddock, 87, of Pax, WV died Friday, April 10, 2009 at CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston, WV after a short illness. Born December 7, 1921 at Pemberton, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charley James and Rosa Zetta Adkins Bailey. She was Secretary-Treasurer of Mike Craddock Coal Company and J. and A. Coal Company and was a member of the Pax Church of God. Preceded in death by her husband, Snowden Mike Craddock; five brothers, Jack, Junior, Dennis, Billy Joe and Bobby Gene Bailey and granddaughter, Tammy Bailey. Survivors include one son, Richard Bailey of Pax and one daughter, Debra Meredith and husband, Joe of Pax; grandchildren, Michael Meredith and wife, Karen, Jody Meredith, Brian Meredith and wife, Becky, Meredith Roof and husband, Donnie, Johnny Bailey, Ricky Bailey and Kim Reizer; one sister, Rosalee Lively of Brook Park, OH. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, April 13, 2009 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Mount Hope with Rev. Kenneth Ayers officiating. Burial will follow at Pax Community Cemetery, Pax.
