Marie L. Quilhot

Marie Lillian Quilhot , 73, of Beckley, WV died on Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born April 01, 1937 at Elizabeth, NJ she was the daughter of the late Mary E. Andrews. She was a housekeeper for Hampton Inn, Beckley and retired from the University of Aurora, Illinois. Marie was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Women of the Moose. Her first husband, Early Dangerfield, second husband, Lee Quilhot, her son, Early Dangerfield, Jr., a granddaughter, Terry Dangerfield, and a nephew, Robert Webb preceded her in death. Survivors include sisters, Mary F. Webb of Beckley and Catherine Farley of Logan; three grandchildren, Jennifer Dangerfield, Johnny Dangerfield and James Dangerfield, three step grandchildren, Michael E. Quilhot, Thomas Pack and Brandon Quilhot and several great grandchildren. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, Melissa Webb, Stephen Webb, David Webb, Ronda Hensley, Misty Farley, Timothy Farley, Mark Farley and Phillip Farley. Funeral services will be on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill. with Rev. Roger Pauley officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Thursday, February 17, 2010 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
