Margie E. Mitchell Humphrey

Margie Erma Mitchell Humphrey , 85, of Pax, WV died on Monday, January 09, 2012 her home. Born June 10, 1926 at Minden, WV she was the daughter of the late Kenny and Birdia Moore Mitchell. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Ralph Humphrey and two sisters, Edith McGraw and Doris Mitchell preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Bobby Humphrey of Pax and Franklin D. Humphrey of Scottsburg, IN, three daughters, Rosie Maynor of Daniels , Betty Humphrey of Dunlow, and Ann Byrd of Pax, one brother, Earnest Mitchell of Wisconsin, two sisters, Norma Jean Dunford of Hinton and Mary Wilson of Oak Hill, seven grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home in Mount Hope with Pastor Ken Souder officiating. Burial will be at Humphrey Cemetery in Pax. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope on Wednesday, Jauary 11, 2012 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Grandsons and family friends will serve as pallbearers.
