Margaret Ross

Margaret Williams Ross, 85, of Glen Jean, WV died on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at CAMC - Memorial Division in Charleston, WV. Born May 17, 1920 at Mount Hope, WV she was the daughter of the late Stewart and Hattie Harmon Williams. Mrs. Ross was a member of the Church of God, Glen Jean, WV and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edgar "Ack" Ross, Sr. on Aug. 22, 1984; three sisters, Opal Massey, Mable Wingrove and Dorsey Lavendar; two brothers, Charles and Cecil Williams. Survivors include one son, William E. "Sonny" Ross, Jr. of Glen Jean, WV; two daughters, Barbara Smith of Nitro, WV and Deann Huffman of Peterstown, WV; sister, Freda Coy of Mount Hope, WV; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV on Saturday, August 27, 2005, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Services will be on Saturday, August 27, 2005, at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. John Pack officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Glen Jean Church of God.
