Margaret Hundley

Margaret Willis Hundley, 89, of Scarbro, WV died on Friday, June 30, 2006 at Hidden Valley Healthcare Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born October 29, 1916 at Oswald, WV she was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Lillie Monway Willis. Mrs. Hundley was a member of the Jones Avenue First Church of God, Oak Hill and Scarbro Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and loved to quilt. Her husband, Obert Herman Hundley on Aug 4, 1975; three sisters, Marie Richards, Lillie Wood and Rosie Harvey; three brothers, William, John and Earl Willis and a granddaughter, Chrissy Hundley preceded her in death. Survivors include son, Herman Hundley, Jr. and wife, Beverly, of Oak Hill; daughter, Margaret Woodard of Oak Hill; brother, Harry Willis and wife, Ann, of Hardy, VA; and a sister, Florence Banks of Hacienda Heights, CA. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kenneth Woodard and wife, Marcia; Laura Hundley and Sarah Pauley and husband, Brian and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Sunday, July 2, 2006, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Monday, July 3, 2006, at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Ralph Shupe officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity WV.
