Marcelline Maxine Mullins Rhodes

Marcelline Maxine Mullins Rhodes, 82, of Oak Hill, WV, died Friday, February 22, 2013 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill. Born at Long Branch, WV on November 6, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Lola Vanneter Mullins. She was a loving mother, wife and house wife. She was preceded in death by daughter, Pam Rhodes and son-in-law,Jefferson Lee Davis. Survivors include her husband, William E. “Buzzy” Rhodes of Oak Hill; three daughters; Peggy Davis of Grandview, WV: Nancy F. Thomas of Summerlee, WV and Barbara Bell of Oak Hill; one brother; Marshall Mullins of Charleston, WV and one sister; Linda Stone of Oak Hill. Also granddaughter Shannon Dixon of Summerlee and nephew John Whitmore also of Summerlee. Seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Tyree Funeral Home with Rev. Benjamin Bleigh, Officiating.
