Macie H. Legg

Macie H. Weeks Legg, 79, of Oak Hill, WV died on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at her home. Born August 02, 1927 at Maplewood, WV she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Amy Edith Fox Weeks. Mrs. Legg attended the Bradley Freewill Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Andrew Legg; two half-brothers, Geroge Weeks and Jennings Weeks and a half-sister, Lois Summers. Survivors include one son, Philip Eugene Legg and his companion, Alicia Cantley of Oak Hill, WV; two sisters, Doris Beard of Daytona, FL and Virginia "Ginny" Motko of Ellington, FL; two grandchildren, Steven Michael Legg of Carlisle, WV and Karen Rena Law of Medina, OH and a great grandson, Michael Crites of Oak Hill. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV on Saturday, January 13, 2007 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Graveside rites and committal services will be on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 12:00 P.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Prosperity with Rev. Daniel Legg officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity WV.
