Lyndon "Pete" Wines

Lyndon ”Pete” Wines, age 65, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on Friday, June 3, 2011 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV Born March 31, 1946 at Long Branch, WV, he was the son of the late Luther Senate Wines and Lillie Maynor Bailey. Mr. Wines was a former employee of the Town of Pax. He was preceded in death by two brothers, “Bud” Wines and Corbit Bailey and by four sisters, Sadie Bailey, Stella Williams, Tennie Williams and Marlene Stover. Surviving are his two daughters, Linda Wines and Margaret Jane Wines, both of Pax and his son, Petey Wines also of Pax. Also surviving are his two brothers, Herman Wines and his wife Florabelle of Pax and Carlos Bailey of Craigsville; his two sisters, Clarine Wines of Maynor and Josephine Suttle of Kilsyth. A graveside service with burial to follow will be conducted on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at the Willis Branch Community Cemetery with Rev. Loretta Taylor officiating.
