Luke Edward Johnson

Luke Edward Johnson, infant son of Dale Eugene and Jennifer Elaine Johnson former residents of Oak Hill, WV, born May 16, 2005 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 4, 2005. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, WV with the Rev. Fred Joseph officiating. The family will receive friends immediately prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow in the Blake Family Cemetery, Terry Avenue, Oak Hill. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Rita Johnson of Oak Hill. Left behind to honor his precious memory are his loving parents of Stanley, NC, twin brother, Matthew Norman of the home; grandparents, Walter Johnson of Oak Hill, Linda and Ted Bailey of Locust Grove, VA, uncles, Dennis Johnson and wife, Rhoda, of Craigsville, WV and Jimmy Lee Parker of Locust Grove, VA; aunts Anna Burton and husband, Keith, of Greensboro, NC and Wanda Smyth and husband, Steven, of Sedro Woolley, WA; special great aunt, Shelby Johnson of Oak Hill and a host of other relatives. He will be greatly missed!
