Lucy Mae Adkins Stewart, 84, of Scarbro, WV died on Friday, November 10, 2006 at SunBridge Pine Lodge Care & Rehab in Beckley, WV. Born December 01, 1921 at Garden Ground, WV she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Estle Martin Adkins. Born December 01, 1921 at Garden Ground, WV she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Estie Martin Adkins She was a homemaker. Mrs. Stewart was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Page, WV since 1953. Her husband, James H. Stewart; a daughter, Elsie Green; one brother, James A. Adkins and her beloved granddaughter, Cathy Green preceded her in death. Survivors include two sons, Ray Stewart and wife, Priscilla of Piney View, WV and Lee Stewart of Oak Hill, WV; two daughters, Kathleen Aliff and husband, Mark of Mossy, WV and Dolly Simpson and husband, Robert of Atlanta, GA and two sisters, Laura Tolliver of Ravenscliff, WV and Lillian McNamara of Kincaid, WV. Also surviving are six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Monday, November 13, 2006 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Funeral service will be Monday, November 13, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Paul Basham officiating. Burial will be at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Prosperity, WV
