Lucille Ann Spencer Armstrong of Dothan, WV died on Friday, January 08, 2010 at CAMC - General Division in Charleston, WV. She was born August 28, 1949 in Kingston, WV to the late Lonzo Spencer and Georgia Manning Spencer. She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses of Oak Hill. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara in 1977. She is survived by her husband, James Stuart Armstrong of Dothan. Committal and graveside rites will be 2 PM Monday, January 11, 2009 at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill with Speaker Sam Lambert. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
