Louis Kenneth Davis,79, of Dade City, FL formerly of Mount Hope, WV, died Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at the Pasco Regional Hospital, Dade City, FL. Born March 6, 1925 at Mount Hope, WV he was the son of the late Ernest Floyd and Lillian Katherine Linkenhoker Davis. Mr. Davis was a retired shovel operator. He was a World War II combat veteran, serving in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans with the US Navy. He was a 50 year member of the MacDonald-Warren Lodge No. 103 A.F. and A.M., Mount Hope. Survivors include his loving wife of 54 years, Edith Bonifacio Davis; son, Britt E. Davis of Lexington, KY; brother, Curtis E. (Helen) Davis of Aiken, SC; sister, Phyllis(Floyd) Bonifacio and husband, Floyd, of Mount Hope; sister-in-law, Algisa Bonifacio of Mount Hope; nephews, Craig, Mark and Scott Davis of Aiken, SC, Doug Bonifacio of Beckley, Dean Bonifacio of Grandview, Rock Bonifacio of Fayetteville, Billy Bergendahl, Sam Bonifacio, Tom Bonifacio and Richard Bonifacio; Sylvia Jablonski, Patricia Clark, Paula Bonifacio and Sandra Bonifacio. Graveside service will be 1:00 pm Monday, October 25, 2004 at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill with Rev. Jessie Parker officiating. Cremains will be interred at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
