Loretta Mae Reed Clawson , 80, of Oak Hill, WV died on Monday, June 22, 2015 at Hilltop Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hilltop, WV.
Born July 17, 1934 at Rush Run, WV she was the daughter of the late Frank and Laura Stewart Reed.
Loretta married Charles Adrian Clawson on June 21, 1952 from this union was born four children. She was a wonderful wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother.
Her husband, Charles Adrian Clawson preceded her death as did her eldest son, Adrian Dale Clawson.
It is with sadness and love that we say goodbye, but the precious memories will live in our hearts forever. Those left to cherish her precious memories are daughters, Christine Clawson David-Blake and husband, Frank of Oak Hill and Cynthia Clawson Maiolo and husband, Arnold of Piney View and son, William Clawson of Charleston.
Also surviving are grandchildren, Greg Davis and Jessica of Oak Hill and Carla Davis Raynes and Kenny of Oak Hill and Stephanie Davis Sutphin and Rodney of Knoxville, TN., Samantha Maiolo and great grandchildren, Brooke, Brianne and Issac Davis; Luke and Emmalee Raynes; and Adison, Alexis and Lil Rodney Sutphin,
It was Loretta's wishes to be cremated and no service be held.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests gifts of sympathy be made to your favorite charity.
