Lorena M. Lester

Lorena Mae Jones Lester, 70, of Arlington, VA died on Monday, January 12, 2009 at Hagerstown, MD. Born October 09, 1938 in West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Harold and Thelma Jarrell Jones. She was a retired Administrative Assistant for Arlington County, VA. Her husband, Donald F. Lester preceded her in death on June 19, 2000. Survivors include brother, Harold Jones; sisters, Sarah Jones, Loretta Williams, Sadie Van Gilder and Nellie Winck; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Graveside rites and committal service will be on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 11:15 A.M. at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with Rev. Jack Barker officiating. Burial will follow.
