Lisbith Louella "Lou" Scarbro Ross , 59, of Beckley, WV died on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Born March 15, 1951 at Mossy, WV she was the daughter of the late Anna Mae Miller Scarbro and Huey Horace Scarbro, Jr. Miss Ross was a member of the Crossroads Apostolic Church at Bradley. "Lou" as she was affectionately called, loved to shop and attend church when she was able. She loved having dinner with her friends at the Wildwood House where she had lived for the past 2 1/2 years. Survivors include one one son, John Ross of Glen Jean, brother, Roger Lee Scarbro and wife, Anita of Minden and sisters, Teresa Scarbro of Georgia, Sharon Hamrick of Rainelle, and Ruda Hancock and husband, Roger of Scarbro. Also surviving are several nephews, one niece, many friends and a special care-giver, Michele who Lou called her adopted daughter. Services will be on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home Oak Hill. Burial will be at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill.
