Linda Faye Wriston

Linda Faye Chisholm Wriston, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 10, 2021, in Bates County, Missouri.
Born November 21, 1951, in San Antonio, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Kelly Chisholm.
Linda was a follower of Jesus, was a faithful member of the Mossy Living Word Church, loved her family, country, and LSU Football. Linda served our country as a United States Marine.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Herbert “Herby” Wriston; son, Charles Wriston; brothers, Robert "Butch" Langlos and Melvin Chisholm.
She is survived by four sons, Michael Wriston (Liz), Robert Wriston (Andrea), Joseph Wriston, and Christopher Wriston; and one daughter, Stephanie Gilkerson (Frank); She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren whom she treasured deeply, and brother, Wayne Chisholm.
Visitation for friends will be Saturday, October 16, 2021 at The Mossy Living Word Church in Mossy, WV from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Mossy Living Word Church in Mossy with Rev. Paul Basham officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
While masks are not required you might consider wearing one before entering the building as we all attempt to stop the spread of COVID 19.
