Lewis E. Brown

Lewis Edward Brown, 78, of Robson, WV died on Tuesday, December 02, 2003 at Montgomery General Hospital in Montgomery, WV following a short illness. Born January 01, 1925 at Julian, WV he was the son of the late Lewis Preston and Vennie Hoy Brown. Mr. Brown was retired from Cannelton Coal Industries as a coal miner with 41 years servicc. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church, Robson, WV, where he served as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher. He was also a member of the UMWA, District 17. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Wayne Brown and a brother, George Brown Survivors include Wife, Kathryn M. Services will be on Friday, December 5, 2003 at 1:00 P.M. at Robson Freewill Baptist Churchwith Pastor Delmas Wolfe and Pastor Richie Walker officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
