Letha Reese

Letha McMillion Reese, 94, of Rt 3 Fayetteville, WV died on Wednesday, July 02, 2008 at her home. Born February 26, 1914 at Fayette County, WV she was the daughter of the late Jerry and Hannah Stapleton McMillion. Mrs. Reese was a member of the Apostolic Holiness Church at Beckwith and was a homemaker. Her husband, Lonnie Reese, a son, Robert Reese, stepson, Arthur Reese and two grandsons, Frankie Reese and Terry Elswick preceded her in death as did several brothers and sisters. Survivors include four sons, Gary Reese and wife, Sue of Sheffield Lake, OH, Jimmy Reese and wife, Diana of Loudenville, OH, Kenneth Reese and wife, Delila of Elkhart, IN and Larry Reese and wife, Yvonne of Waynesboro, OH; five daugthers, Thelma Foster and husband, Jesse of Oak Hill, Linda Weis and husband, Russell of Fayetteville, Nancy Fernandez and husband, Joe of Oak Hill, Joyce Cundiff and husband, Ralph of Oak Hill and Karen Treadway and husband, John of Fayetteville and two step-daughters, Norma Farmer of Cleveland, OH and Margaret Smith of Elkhart, IN; Also surviving are 33 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Services will be on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Pastor Richard Barker officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.
