Lawrence B. McCoy, 81, went home to be with the Lord on December 10, 2020.
Born October 30, 1939 Julian, WV he is son of the late Charles and Callie McCoy.
He was preceded in death by sister, Clara; and brother-in-law, Don Nickell.
Lawrence is survived by brother, Pete (Ellen) McCoy of West Virginia; nephew, Owen Nickell of Ohio, niece, Donna (Greg) Cossin of Ohio, niece Sue Devitt of West Virginia, nephew, Wayne (Carla) McCoy and family of West Virginia, nephew, Charlie (Leora)McCoy and family of West Virginia; great nieces, Nicole Steen of Ohio, Elissia Devitt of West Virginia, Chasity and Shiana and his little partner in crime Addison Jarrell of West Virginia.
Graveside service with burial to follow will be Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 1:00 pm High Lawn Memorial Park Oak Hill, WV with Steve Burford officiating.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Sanctuary of Wadsworth Nursing Home especially Lesley Nicodemus who spoiled Lawrence.
