Larry Allen Snuffer

Larry Allen Snuffer , 82, of Scarbro, WV died on Thursday, December 03, 2020, at Hidden Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Oak Hill, WV.
Born August 28, 1938, in Montgomery, WV he was the son of the late William Russell, Sr. and Goldie Ellen Aliff Snuffer.
Larry was a custodian at Scarbro Elementary School from 1972 to 1990. He talked about his many "kids" often. He was previously employed by Ray's Trading Post in Oak Hill.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vermeda Toney Snuffer
Survivors include brothers, Jerry Lee Snuffer, Sr. and wife Sharon of Hillsboro, WV, Dennis Gene Snuffer and wife, Pam of Oak Hill and William Russell (Bill) Snuffer and wife, Teresa of Oak Hill; and sister, Sue Cassell of Oak Hill. He was loved by his nephews.
Committal service will be on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Prosperity with Pastor Lewis Sanson officiating. Entombment will follow.
Those planning to attend should use proper COVID 19 precautions by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet.
