Larry A. Holley

Larry Allen Holley, 57, of Lively, WV died on Monday, May 15, 2006 at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, WV. Born September 07, 1948 at Lively, WV he was the son of Gladys Kincaid Holley of Lively and the late, Tracey E. Holley. He was a retired coal miner. Larry was a devoted husband and loving father. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his family, especially his two grandchildren. A sister, Carol Markham preceded him in death. Survivors include wife, Wilma Lowe Holley; two daughters and sons-in-law, Misti and Jeff Surgeon of Pensacola, FL and Tracie and David Mellick of Mount Hope, ; two grandchildren, Jeffery Surgeon, II of Pensacola, FL and Ruby Mellick of Mount Hope; two brothers, Bill Holley of Myrtle Beach, SC and Bobby Holley of Pax and two sisters, Connie Turner of Bristol, VA and Cathy Keaton of Jumping Branch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Graveside rites and commital service\s will be on May 18, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Dock Lively Cemetery in Long Branch with Pastor Doug Holley officiating. Burial will be at Dock Lively Cemetery, Long Branch WV. There will be no visitation. Pallbearers will be nephews and friends.
